During the inspection, Licensor tested flashlight and the light did not turn on (2)(a) During the inspection, Licensor observed emergency exit that leads to the backyard was not unlocked (3)(a) During the inspection, Licensor observed an emergency exit window did not have the proper exterior landing of 48 inches. Provider was not able to provide a manual of the table that mentions how much weight the table to withhold (4)(c)(vii)
